Coccoina (pronounced 'cockoe-eena', with the emphasis on the 'ee' if you're that way inclined) is a white adhesive paste which has been made in Italy from potato starch and almond oil since 1927. The almond oil gives it a distinctive marzipan fragrance, something you'll either love or hate!
Completely free from solvents and toxic chemicals, Coccoina is probably safe to eat, though why you'd want to, we're not sure!
This is a paper glue, so is great for all art and craft projects.
Coccoina becomes solid if left unused for a few days, but a good stir is enough to get it back to an easily-applied consistency.
Vintage-style aluminium tin has a small central hole for storing the application brush.
