First of all, a disclaimer: I haven't used it yet, because the ink will arrive in a few days' time, but it is comfortable to hold and I can see that the rounded nib will make writing a smooth experience.Now then... it is TINY. Nothing - not even the reviews here - will prepare you for how small it is when it emerges from the underwhelming box (boo, Pelikan... your pens deserve better!) and size it up.You could be forgiven for thinking that you had been sent the toddler's version of the pen. It does actually look like a starter pen for a six-year-old, so it is definitely best suited for those of us with small hands. If you want an impressive, statement pen to fill your large, hairy mitts, this baby isn't for you. You do need to post it for writing, which gives it balance and a more respectable length.I look forward to trying it out next week when the ink arrives but, perhaps, not for the comments from friends and colleagues who believe that size matters...
