I appreciate a fine writing instrument that is beautiful, colorful and uncommon, but not ostentatious. I also appreciate the convenience of a click-top pen while other premium brands would never stoop to such simplicity. This K400 is my third. I allowed a group of people at a wedding to use the first one to sign a card, and never got it back. I lost the second one somewhere, and I'm still looking for it. The third is a charm...Pen arrived today in a crushed, grey, cardboard, single pen box (see photo). Having spent £114 on this pen as a gift, this is spectacularly underwhelming presentation and packaging. Why no pen box and leather wallet as Pelikan pens tend to come with? Moreover, the pen is light, the spring mechanism disappointingly clunky and the general feel/quality of the pen is significantly less inspiring than my own Pelikan fountain pen - to the extent that I am concerned about whether the product is genuine - something I will check. I certainly cannot gift the pen. Don't buy this item - a £10 ballpoint would be just as impressive.Definitivamente un objeto de escritura muy bien hecho, la resina se siente y se ve de una calidad increíble, es muy suave y cómoda sin embargo comparándola con una Pelikan K800 la diferencia es notable, al escribir con una y con otra la K400 te deja una sensación de que es pequeña, ligera y delgada, pero también la diferencia de precios es mucha por lo que llamaría a la Pelikan K400 un buen equilibrio precio/calidad.Un objeto de escritura del que disfruto mucho.Bellissima con la qualità e la personalità di una penna che mi affascina da sessantacinque anni, Ho ricevuto la prima stilografica verde e nera in prima media, oggi ho settantacinque anni e scrivere è il mio hobby.EccellenteSoddisfto
